Using the site thegroomlab.com (including visiting and shopping of products) implies acceptance of certain terms and conditions of use, therefore we recommend carefully reading the following paragraphs. Visiting or buying products on thegroomlab.com site implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Also, the use of any other current or future services provided by thegroomlab.com implies acceptance of the same terms and conditions.
General data of price and products
The images posted on the site are align with reality, but sometimes the colors of the product may differ slightly as a result of the process of photo shoot or settings of your monitor. Thegroomlab.com customers will always be informed if a product is or is not in stock, if it can be custom-made and how long it will take to reach them. This information will be always communicated by e-mail or telephone. Images of products, offers, prices and contests can be changed in advance without a specific notice.
Using the site
Accessing, visiting, using or purchasing the products and services presented on thegroomlab.com site implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Registering as a user of this site, gives the right to shop to contact you with electronic and telephone messages about the products purchased or any another promo actions in the future. You may choose to modify or cancel such notifications without any penalty.

Deliveries are made anywhere in Romania. Thegroomlab.com reserves the right to confirm orders before they are honored. The delivery fee is 15 Lei. If delivery is made for a locality where FanCurier does not have a hotspot, there will be an additional shipping cost that will be supported by the customer. This additional cost depends on the distance from the closest point of courier service. Prior to delivery, we will communicate the amount of the extra cost and will only be sent with your consent.
Our goal is to deliver all orders within 24 hours on weekdays. Hours are calculated from the moment the order leaves us.
You will be notified by email when we ship the order.
Disputes and conflicts. Applicable law. Litigation
Any attempted of an unauthorized access to thegroomlab.com site and any attempted fraud will be reported to the competent authorities. By using (visiting or purchasing the products) of the site, the user agrees that the Romanian laws will govern the above Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any kind that may arise between the user and the company. For any defect found by buying a product from thegroomlab.com site, the buyer may request, in accordance with HG 665/1995 (Article 5, 6), repair or replacement of the defective product. This will be done following the presentation of the product by the buyer and the finding by the company’s representative of the alleged defect. Finegroomed SRL does not take responsibility for any loss of information caused by any malfunctions or errors of the software designed and hosted on the site, nor does it guarantee that the site, server or emails sent by thegroomlab.com do not contain viruses or other harmful components, although it will do its best not to do so.
We reserve the right to make changes at any time regarding site content, policies, terms and conditions of use, without the need for prior notice to users, although we will be careful to let our customers know about these changes . Thegroomlab.com user has the obligation to regularly check the terms and conditions of use. If they disagree with the changes made to them, they could stop using the site. If the user continues to use the site, he or she agrees with the changes made.
Subscribe and unsubscribe to the newsletter
The customer has the right to notify thegroomlab.com in writing that he is giving up the purchase without penalty and without invoking a reason within 14 business days of receiving the product. The purchased product is returned, in the original package, with all the accessories and without any traces of deterioration or wear, the customer bearing the expedition expenses according to the Romanian law.
The products will be returned to Finegroomed SRL, 30 Anibal Teohari str., ap.2, Bucharest, Romania.
Within 30 days of the return date, you will receive the counter value of the order or returned products. Packages returned without prior written notification will not be accepted. Products with physical changes, lack of labels or original packaging will not be accepted for return. The money will be returned only in the bank account specified by the client in the notification sent.
Can I change an order after I place it?
After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order data. If you want to modify an order after you place it you can contact us by e-mail at email@example.com or by phone 0731819991. Every change of the order status will be notified by email.
Can I change / return the product?
Yes, you have 14 days if you want to return any purchased item. Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org place your request and we’ll get in touch with you to help. in order for us to accept such requests, returned products should be unused, undamaged and in their original package.
Is customer support available?
We want to be as close as possible to customers, so you can contact us for any issues related to orders or products on the site.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments can be made via Visa and Mastercard cards. If you do not have a credit card you can make the payment directly to our account. Then you send us proof of payment by mail to be verified. You can also pay by Paymill and PayPal. When you select this option on the checkout page, you will be redirected to the PayPal site where you need to register and confirm the payment.
If you do not want to use any of the above, you can opt for cash on delivery where you have the option to open the parcel before you pay.
For each order, a receipt is issued per physical person or an invoice for a legal person to be found in the parcel.

SECTION 1 – Preliminary remarks
(1) Finegroomed SRL based in 30 Anibal Teohari str., ap.2, Bucharest, Romania, has created a loyalty reward program called „Loyalty Program” below.
(2) The Official Loyalty Program Rules was adopted on 31/01/2018 and is applicable from 01/02/2018 to all site users when buying products worth at least 200 lei.
(3) This official regulation is drawn up and made public in accordance with the applicable law in Romania. The decision to run the Loyalty Program according to the rules of this Regulation is final and binding for all customers.
(4) Enrollment in the Loyalty Program implies the full, express and unambiguous knowledge and acceptance of this Official Regulation.
(5) Finegroomed S.R.L. reserves the right to amend this Regulation, respecting the legal requirements and making the necessary publicity about such a potential change. The change takes effect as of the date of publication of the information that it is announced on the loyalty program in site www.thegroomlab.com.
SECTION 2 – Loyalty program information
(1) THE LOYALTY PROGRAM was created to give its members the following benefits:
• A personal virtual storage space where their personal information is stored, information on product purchases (a centralized purchase list and Gift products received in the loyalty program);
• Specialized and dedicated information from The Groom Lab (questions asked, news about products, videos, tutorials, etc.);
• Offers dedicated to members of the Program including limited editions or exclusive promotional products.
SECTION 3 – Enrollment in the loyalty program
This loyalty reward program is addressed to all major individuals, citizens resident in Romania, who purchase products through the site www.thegroomlab.com and who accept the terms and conditions of this regulation.
SECTION 4 – Free Products Grating
The loyalty program organizers choose the right to decide on the product offered free of charge to members who purchase products with a value equal to or above 200 lei.
VOUCHER APPLICATION SYSTEM
