How do I order?

Purchasing from The Groom Lab is very simple. When you find the right products for you, click the „Add to Cart” button. Be sure to read the product description carefully since there are products that come in different scents, colors or size.

The Groom Lab uses unique pictures for each product.

Do I need an account to place order?

You don’t need an account to place an order. You may perform checkout as a guest. However, consider registering as you will be able to enjoy more benefits from The Groom Lab:

  1. You will have access to your Wish List and Recommendations,

  2. You will be notified when new products or brands arrive,

  3. You have all the data saved in your account when you want to place a quick order,

  4. You will be able to view your order history and track your order’s status.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments can be made via Visa and MasterCard credit cards. If you don’t have a credit card you can make the payment directly to our bank account. In that case, you send us proof of payment by e-mail so we can verify it.

If you don’t want to use any of the above, you can opt for cash on delivery where you have the option to open the parcel before you pay.

Are transactions at The Groom Lab secured?

At The Groom Lab, your online security is very important. We use the latest SSL data encryption technology to ensure secure online payments. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Datacash Ltd. For your safety, we will confirm that your billing address matches that on your credit card.

Can an order be delivered to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately no. That’s why you will not find this option when filling out the form for delivery. If you want to do this, you can place separate orders for each address you want to deliver. For large volume orders, you can contact our customer service department by e-mail or call us to receive the necessary information.

Can I change an order after I place it?

After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order’s data. If you want to change an order after you have placed it, you can contact us by e-mail or by phone. Each time your order status changes, you will be notified by email.

How long it takes to I receive my order?

Our goal is to deliver all orders within 24 hours on working days. The time of delivery starts counting from the moment the order leaves our warehouse.

Can I place an order by phone?

You can place orders by phone. Our call center is open from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.

Can I change / return the product?

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please send us a message to to declare the return and reason of return and we’ll get in touch with you to help.
